In Out For Justice fake Italian and budget Roman Steven Seagal finds a puppy some asshole disposed of in a burlap sack. Fast forward through the entire film and he later finds this dude, beats his ass and has the now grown puppy piss all over the nonplussed, animal abuser. If there was a single unifying cosmic ideology or theology to believe in, I would choose that.
